Type K 15 gondola with hinged hatches on the roof, used as maintenance car on the German Federal Railroad (DB). Former type “Wuppertal” with brakeman’s cab.
Model
The car has built-in cleaning equipment: a metal block with vertical movement, with 2 parallel polishing felt pads that can be washed and changed. The roof hatches can be opened. The car comes with NEM coupler pockets and a close coupler mechanism. Length over the buffers 8.2 cm / 3-1/4″.
AC wheel set E700150. Replacement felt cleaning pads are available in a package of 10 pieces under item no. E106291.
