Shipping cost
We work with a few categories of shipping cost:
- The products fits through the mailbox
- Package’s up to 2 kilo
- Package’s up to 5 kilo
- Anything else (odd measurements, very heavy packages, etc)

Shipping service provider
Shipping is done exclusively insured and with shipping service providers that we trust and have had good experiences with in the past. We work with DHL, GLS and Luxembourg Post.
Tracking
All our parcels that are send outside of Luxembourg are send with a T&T code. You will receive this code with the shipping provider so you can follow your parcel.
