From 1981 to 1992, a total of 3,623 Fals 183 wagons (from 1987 onwards designated as: Falns 183) were deliverd from the companies LHB, O & K, Talbot and WU Siegen. The wagons feature a hydraulic camlock shaft – flap locks that can be operated manually.
