For our specialist model train shop, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Shop Employee. Whether you already have experience in the hobby or are simply enthusiastic and keen to develop your skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. If you are open to learning, you will be trained internally by our model railway expert, who will guide you through all the details, techniques, and product knowledge.
What will you be doing?
- Assist customers in-store with advice and product recommendations;
- Explain model railway systems, accessories, and digital control systems;
- Be part of the event team for model train and model building exhibitions;
- Advise customers on model building;
- Handle incoming stock and maintain an organized shop display;
- Support online orders and basic product photography;
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for our model train community.
Who Are We Looking For?
- A friendly and customer-oriented personality;
- An interest in model trains, toys, or technical hobbies is a plus (not mandatory);
- A reliable and motivated team player;
- Comfortable communicating in a retail environment;
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: French, German, English, or Luxembourgish;
- Flexible availability (working hours negotiable).
