2nd class control cab coach EW IV, type Bt, of the Swiss Federal Railways.

SBB procured 60 IC Bt type control cab coaches when long-distance trains were shuttled from 1996. The 62-seat vehicle is conceptually based on the well-known Eurocity coaches. The equipment also includes a wheelchair, buggy and bicycle compartment as well as a closed WC system with bioreactor. The head shape and driver’s cab largely correspond to the Re 460 locomotives, thus achieving a homogeneous appearance.
