JBF Toys and Trains Opens Pop-Up Store in Luxembourg City and Announces Relocation of Flagship Store to Howald

A new retail experience focused on creativity

Sanne explains the thinking behind the new Pop-Up Shop in Luxembourg City, which opened on Saturday 4 July:

“We were unexpectedly given the opportunity to open this location, and we worked incredibly hard to get everything ready in a very short time. The Pop-Up Shop is now open, and it showcases a carefully selected range of our LEGO®, model trains, model building sets, and Pokémon products.”

She adds that the Pop-Up is designed as a flexible city experience for customers:

“If you cannot find what you are looking for in the Pop-Up in Luxembourg City, our full assortment is always available at our Flagship Store. We also offer a convenient same-day pickup option: if you order before 14:00, you can collect your items at the Pop-Up between 17:00 and 18:00.”

She further explains that the pop-up location will also serve as a test store until the beginning of January, allowing the team to evaluate whether a permanent store in the city centre could be established.

Robert tells us more about the new flagship store at Scilla*s Shopping Square in Howald, opening on 8 August:

“Our new Flagship Store will give us the space to truly expand the experience. We will have significantly more room for display cabinets, allowing us to showcase built LEGO® sets and inspire new ideas in a more immersive way.”

He continues:

“Our assortment will grow further with new LEGO® releases, spare parts and minifigures, alternative brick brands, and a wider selection of model railway accessories. We are also introducing a dedicated in-store train layout to bring the world of model railways to life. The increased space also allows us to dedicate a larger area to model trains, including testing and repair services, so customers can better experience, maintain, and enjoy their collections.”

The new flagship location will also feature an information point, ensuring improved customer service, expert advice, and hands-on support for all visitors.
